1. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL TANK CUSHION

  1. Install the No. 2 fuel tank cushion.



2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

  1. Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install the new O-ring to the jet pump.

  1. Engage the 2 claws.

  1. Engage the claw to install the jet pump to the fuel pump.

  1. Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install the new O-ring to the fuel suction plate.

  1. Install the fuel pump spacer onto the fuel pump.

  1. Engage the 3 claws.

  1. Engage the 2 claws to install the fuel pump to the fuel suction plate.



3. INSTALL FUEL PUMP FILTER

  1. Apply gasoline to a new O-ring, and then install the new O-ring to the fuel pump.

  1. Engage the 2 claws to install the fuel pump filter to the fuel pump.



4. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply gasoline to 2 new O-rings, and then install the new O-rings to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

  1. Install the fuel pressure regulator assembly to the fuel suction plate.



5. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT

  1. Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 2 fuel suction support.



6. INSTALL FUEL PUMP HARNESS

  1. Connect the 2 fuel pump harness connectors and install the fuel pump harness.

    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the wire harness.
